    31. Cancellation Fees

  31. As a small business I require 24hrs notice to cancel or change an appointment. If cancellation is less than 24 hrs you will be charged the FULL treatment cost. If you arrive late for an appointment I may not have time to carry out a full treatment however you will still be charged for the full treatment. Any no shows will be charged the FULL treatment cost.
